The Scissortail is a community social space (or Social Center) that hosts a variety of collectives, meeting groups, projects, & provides shared resources to the public such as a lending library, bicycle workshop, computer lab, coffee & tea cafe, as well as informative scheduled workshops & free events. It is a now two-year old project formerly known as the ‘OKC Infoshop’, run by people from the surrounding neighborhoods in the spirit of mutual-aid and co-operation and stays open & operational on donations alone. You are most welcome to come by anytime & we’d love to meet you, hang out, share beverages & for you to get involved with the space & it’s goings on. Let’s share our stories.
